I adapted my protocol from Dr. David Hill’s Lyme Disease Protocol. For more indepth information on this protocol you can check out the following link.

Again, I am not a doctor. I am just sharing what worked to help control my Lyme Disease and the associated symptoms after doing a full course of antibiotics.
Note: Each monthly protocol is intended for two consecutive weeks of the month, not the entire month!
Month One
- Fill a capsule with three drops of the following essential oils; oregano, thyme, clove, cassia/cinnamon (alternate these two). Take twice a day.
- I was nervous about how my body would handle all of these oils. They are very “hot” oils. So I started with one drop of each and worked my way up to three drops. Be cautious that you do not get the oregano directly on the skin. It is very hot and can irritate the skin. If you do, add coconut or any other carrier oil to the area, not water!
- Put one to three drops of frankincense and patchouli under tongue twice daily. I started with one and worked up to three.
Month Two
- GI Cleansing Supplement-The product I used contained the essential oils oregano, melaleuca, lemon, lemongrass, peppermint, thyme, and caprylic acid. Take 1-3 capsules a day as tolerated. Do this for ten days.
- After ten days, begin a strong probiotic. The best ones contain many different strains and are sold or shipped refrigerated.
Month Three
- Protective Blend Softgels- Take 1-3 capsules for two weeks.
I did this protocol for several months along with the Whole Approach Diet.
I also made a few lifestyle changes.
- Drank lots of water, sometimes with lemon and/or lemon essential oil
- Epsom salt detox baths
- Light exercise-walking, stretching
- Yoga
